Pico De Gallo


INGREDIENTS:

 

6 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced

3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (though I add more for mine udually)

salt and ground black pepper to taste

lemon & line juice (just a spalsh of both)

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Use only fresh ingredients where possible. 

  • Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.

  • Miz together the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper (optional), lime juice,lemon juice,  garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
