Pico De Gallo
INGREDIENTS:
6 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (though I add more for mine udually)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
lemon & line juice (just a spalsh of both)
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
DIRECTIONS:

Use only fresh ingredients where possible.

Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.

Miz together the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper (optional), lime juice,lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
