Eggs - 2 raw large egg(s)
Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon, ground
Nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon, ground
Oil, canola - 1 tablespoon (for frying pan)
Bread, white - 2 to 3 regular slices
Maple syrup (100% maple) - 1½ tablespoon
Serving Size - 1
1. Combine eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and cinammon in medium bowl. Whisk until blended. (If you need more batter you can add in egg white)
2. Heat large skillet on medium heat and add canola oil to pan.
3. Dip each slice into batter on both sides and place in pan.
4. Fry each side until golden brown and flip to cook the other side.
5. Serve with maple syrup.
