Egg White Crêpes


INGREDIENTS:

4 egg whites

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup low fat milk

1 cup fresh berries

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend ingredients together until thickness of crème.

  2. Heat pan, spray with cooking spray and then pour batter.

  3. Flip when brown and cook for another minute.

  4. Serve crêpes with berries.

Substitution: You can use your favorite sauce or jams/jellies as filling as well.

 

Additional Suggestion: top with some homemade whipped creme.
