Egg White Crêpes
INGREDIENTS:
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup fresh berries
DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients together until thickness of crème.

Heat pan, spray with cooking spray and then pour batter.

Flip when brown and cook for another minute.

Serve crêpes with berries.
Substitution: You can use your favorite sauce or jams/jellies as filling as well.
Additional Suggestion: top with some homemade whipped creme.
