Cucumber & Tomato Salad
INGREDIENTS:

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into cubes

1 whole tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 onion, sliced

Salt and Pepper to taste

Basil (either fresh or ground) to taste

Red Wine Vinegar to taste
DIRECTIONS:

Cut cucumber, tomato and onions and combine in bowl.

Add salt, pepper and basil.

Mix ingredients together.

Splash with red wine vinegar to taste.

Refrigerate until slightly chilled, 10 to 15 minutes.
Need protein? Add some diced chicken.
