Cucumber & Tomato Salad



  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into cubes

  • 1 whole tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1 onion, sliced 

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Basil (either fresh or ground) to taste

  • Red Wine Vinegar to taste




  • Cut cucumber, tomato and onions and combine in bowl. 

  • Add salt, pepper and basil.

  • Mix ingredients together. 

  • Splash with red wine vinegar to taste.

  • Refrigerate until slightly chilled, 10 to 15 minutes.​
